Thu is the Capital’s leading raw chocolatier. She is also a health enthusiast; she
worked to promote health in global health and development for 20 years before she started making raw chocolate.
Thu discovered the wonders of raw food while detoxing on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand a number of years ago. Her life has forever changed since.
Thu has a Master of Public Health in Health Communication/Education from
Tulane University School of Public Health & Tropical Medicine and raw food chef and instructor certifications from the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in Fort Bragg, California. She also studied at Callebout’s Chocolate Academy in Montreal, Canada.
